A little about me - Growing up in New Hampshire, I attended college in New York City and later moved to Richmond, VA in 2020. I taught in a number of capacities before my move down south, including summer camps and tutoring, but 2020 was when my teaching journey took off. Spending time in primary, secondary, and corporate education gave me an immense appreciation for the needs of students regardless of their age. And it’s because of this passion for teaching that I found myself loving to design instruction of all kinds.

My goal as an Instructional Designer is not only having the learner digest required material, but to make them confident in their own abilities to master new content. Nothing is more disheartening than trying to learn something new with no support, and I hope the modules I create can help lessen that burden. Learning should be engaging, regardless of how the learner receives it.
